I’m not sure what to book?
Complimentary phone consultations are a great way to get guidance when you are not sure! We will spend 15 minutes getting to know you, your hair history and your hair goals & together we will make a plan towards your hair dreams!
I want to book a colour, do I have to have a finishing service as well?
Yes. A finishing service is required with all colours to ensure we have the right amount of processing time for your colour. A dry off is the minimum finish required to ensure that we can check the colour. If no finishing service is selected, we cannot complete your service. In this case, your deposit will automatically be converted into credit.
What’s the difference between foils and balayage?
Foils - colour right to the root, no blending. (maintenance 4-8 weeks). Balayage - colour blended from the roots. (maintenance 8-12 weeks) For the purpose of online booking, please select a balayage if you are wanting your roots blended even slightly.
Can’t find a suitable time?
Please join our waitlist with a detailed note of your availability and we will contact you with options :)
How does the deposit work?
To secure your appointment a 50% deposit is required. Deposits are non-refundable in all cases, however can be transferred to another date when given 3 days notice. In the unlikely event you need to cancel, your deposit will be turned into Carte Blanche credit when given 3 days notice.
How do I book with Sarah?
Due to Sarah's limited availability, appointments are only arranged by request. Please call and leave a message to arrange a time to speak with Sarah.
