APPOINTMENT BOOKINGS
We are committed to giving you an experience like no other. When you choose to make an appointment with us, you’re not just booking a service, but securing an allocation of time for a tailored experience designed just for you. To be able to uphold our commitment, all bookings require a non-refundable deposit. This deposit can then either be used towards your final bill and/or can be transferred to hold your next appointment.
When booking your first appointment or booking online you will be required to make a 50% deposit. When booking your future appointments in the salon a holding deposit is required. This approach allows us to manage our appointments efficiently and ensure that each client receives the quality they deserve. Deposits are non-refundable in all cases, however, it can be transferred to another date when given 3 days notice.
CANCELLATIONS, RESCHEDULES, NO SHOWS & APPOINTMENT CHANGES
We understand that sometimes life gets in the way of even the most organised humans. We will always do our best to try and fill an appointment cancelled/rescheduled with late notice, however this is not always possible and to protect our small business the following will be applied.
72 hours notice is needed to reschedule, cancel or make changes to your appointment with us. Appointments cancelled, rescheduled or changed within 72 hours are subject to a fee dependent on the length of the appointment. Cancellations, reschedules and changes made within 24 hours are subject to a 100% fee of the original price. If you do not show up to a confirmed appointment, you will be subject to a 100% fee. A confirmation text is sent 5 days prior to your appointment. If we do not receive confirmation from you, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment.
PRICING AND QUOTATIONS
All prices above are a guide only, and can vary due to thickness, length and desired result. Exact prices cannot be given via phone, email or socials, and are only confirmed in the salon upon consultation with your stylist.
LATE ARRIVALS
We value both your time and ours. Lateness has a flow on effect to our tightly run schedules and can affect the experience of other clients. If you are running late, kindly call the salon as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you and will complete as much of the booked service within the remaining time. In the case that we cannot complete the full service due to your late arrival, you will be charged for the original service booked. In the unlikely case that we cannot complete your service at all, it will be treated like a no show.
OUR GAURANTEE
We guarantee all our work (as long as you are using salon quality products) and have a 14 day notification period if you would like to make an adjustment to your colour or cut. Please notify us via phone or email. All adjustments are free of charge, we do not offer refunds. A phone consultation will be required to ensure enough time is booked out for any adjustment.
Please note: change of mind is not considered an adjustment.
DAMAGE TO CLIENT PROPERTY
Please make sure to wear appropriate clothing during your appointment and safeguard your belongings from potential exposure to products or equipment in the salon. In the case of accidental damage, we sincerely apologise for any inconvenience, however we cannot accept responsibility for such incidents.

If we observe any form of bullying, disrespect, or abuse, we will intervene, discontinue services and request that the individual responsible does not return to Carte Blanche. Your cooperation in fostering a welcoming atmosphere is appreciated.
FRIENDS & CHILDREN
We kindly request that you attend your appointment alone whenever possible. Our salon is a place of relaxation for many and we want to protect the serene atmosphere. We understand that in some cases bringing babies is necessary due to feeding needs, we just kindly request you inform us in advance so that we can make necessary arrangements.
