Introducing Mikaylah, just graduated year 12 Mikaylah has started her first year apprenticeship with the Carte Blanche team! She has always seen herself pursuing a career in hair and has loved all things beauty.

Mikaylah began as a salon assistant in a well known salon in the northern beaches and learned the ropes on maintaining a clean salon, perfecting a hair wash and massage, as well as connecting with clients.

When she’s not in the salon, Mikaylah enjoys going to the gym, hanging out with her friends and shopping!

Her journey has only just begun but she is eager and ready to begin a new learning adventure with all things hair.

Introducing our founder, Sarah, a British gem who has found her home on the Northern Beaches since 2018. When it comes to colour and correction, Sarah is the go-to stylist for achieving the seemingly impossible. She's a true maestro in her craft.

When Sarah established Carte Blanche, she envisioned a salon that erased old traditions and paved its own path.With Carte Blanche, Sarah has created a salon that embraces collaboration and nurtures budding talent. She firmly believes in the power of learning from those starting their artistic journey.

Beyond client satisfaction, Sarah focuses on training her team and fostering an exceptional work environment where everyone can thrive and excel.

Sarah is currently on a break from seeing clients, in order to focus on helping our growing team and salon operations. Her team have taken over the majority of Sarah's load.
